Established in 1996, SAMA imports ready-made foods for Department Stores (GDO) and Catering.

Our Supply chain management is extremely accurate. We require high quality standards to ensure product levels of reliability and product safety for our needs (production facilities certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, HACCP and ISF). The production takes place then according to our specifications and data sheets, processed and developed by our R & D. Our production technicians personally supervise the production and they assure that all the technical aspects of production applied to production are adapted to our technical instructions. At this stage all lots are reviewed and verified before being accepted and qualified from marketing.

The products storage and distribution comprise two warehouses and two logistic companies: CAB-LOG-based Pianiga (VE) and G. & D. based in Nocera Sup. (SA). They both operating through a radio frequency manage computer system with barcode product traceability (bar codes, EAN codes packaging and SSCC).

The products purchased are carefully controlled. A first verification focuses on compliance packaging, the first visual check-up of qualitative characteristics of the product. Then we switch to a more thorough quality control of products marketed through laboratory analysis to verify the values physico-chemical and organoleptic.

The goods are stored in shelves with a management information system in RF and traceability of the product according to a logic of the lots and deadlines.

The service delivery to customers is made shortly. After receipt Sama guarantees delivery in vacation time and holidays too:

• 3 working days (full loads hypotheses);
• 5 working days (ordinary shipments hypotheses). 7 working days for islands.

FRUIT IN SYRUP (peaches, pineapple, fruit, apricots, pears and cooked plums)

PICKLES (cucumbers, peppers yellow & red peppers Lombard, peperonata, giardiniera, capers, onions, etc..)

VEGETABLES IN OIL (olives, artichokes, mushrooms, condiriso, sun dried tomatoes, tomato seeds dry, grilled vegetables, various appetizers, hot pepper stuffing, rolls of plants, etc..)

OLIVES (giants, "Bella di Cerignola", green or black stoned, Kalamata, stuffed with peppers)

ITALIAN HONEY (millefiori, acacia, orange, etc..), organic honey, EU honey, import from Argentina)

DRY FRUITS (raisins and prunes)

And other specialty products.
